These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and colombia eSIM, offering international data plans for prepaid eSIMs. The Agreement governs purchases and service usage. Additional terms may apply to future agreements as posted on the website or app. Users should retain a copy for their records.

Users register through the website or app to purchase eSIMs. Registration requires accepting the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, all accessible during the signup process.

Purchasing an eSIM constitutes an agreement to comply with associated Data Plan charges. colombia eSIM offers region-specific Data Plans with availability varying by jurisdiction. Users can purchase directly through the website. An unlocked, eSIM-compatible device is required for service access.

The Agreement becomes effective upon eSIM purchase. The eSIM remains on the device after plan expiration or consumption, with removal at user discretion. Termination occurs upon Data Plan expiration, consumption, or company suspension for breach of terms.

All warranties, unless mandated by law, are expressly disclaimed. colombia eSIM reserves the right to discontinue eSIM sales or support at any time.

colombia eSIM endeavors to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee it due to network capacity, maintenance, uncovered areas, regulatory requirements, device functionality, or external disruptions. Service providers may be engaged without user notification.

Users must:

• Use the eSIM per these terms
• Follow applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• Avoid fraudulent or illegal activities harming the network
• Refrain from unauthorized use of company commercial information
• Exercise moderation with data usage
• Respect third-party intellectual property

Misuse of promotions may result in service suspension, with users remaining liable for charges.

Users purchase eSIMs through the website via authorized payment agents. All eSIMs are prepaid with prices including applicable taxes determined by the user's postal code.

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement after purchase. The withdrawal period expires upon eSIM activation or consumption. Partial refunds apply proportionally to value reduction.

Refunds apply for non-activated eSIMs or technical usage issues. Activated eSIMs may receive partial or full refunds for network issues or device incompatibility. Users are responsible for device compatibility verification.

The eSIM and website content are proprietary. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

Users indemnify colombia eSIM and service providers against losses and claims arising from user breach or unlawful activities.

Company liability is limited to the greater of total charges from the preceding 12 months or €100, except for fraudulent misrepresentation or non-excludable legal liabilities.

The agreement is governed by applicable national law with disputes resolved by relevant courts. Users must comply with local laws.

colombia eSIM may modify terms with notice to users. Continued service usage post-modification constitutes acceptance, barring legal exclusions.

colombia eSIM may assign agreement rights to group companies without consent. Severability clauses apply to unenforceable provisions. Waiving or delaying rights exercise doesn't relinquish those rights.
